Police then brought out 29-year-old Diego Suero who is being charged with manslaughter, gang assault, conspiracy and criminal possession of a weapon. So far, Suero is the only person arrested to be charged with conspiracy.
Feliz-Guzman, also known as Junior, was killed after being slashed in the neck last month by a group of men outside a bodega in Belmont.
Jonaiki Martinez-Estrella, 24, from Long Island, is accused of delivering the fatal blow to Junior's throat with a machete.
The other suspects in custody include: Jose Tavarez, 21, Manuel Rivera, 18, Danel Fernandez, 21, Antonio Hernandez Santiago, 24, Kevin Alvarez, 19, Jose Muniz, 21, and Elvin Garcia, 23.
They are all suspected members of the Trinitarios street gang, investigators say.
The alleged gang members are facing charges including murder, manslaughter, gang assault and weapons charges.
New Jersey police arrested six of them who were hiding out in a house there.
