Bronx recruits needed for cancer prevention study
The American Cancer Society is looking to The Bronx for new participants in a prevention study.
Officials were at the Hutchinson Metro Center looking to recruit people for its third cancer history prevention study. History studies have helped find links between cancer and smoking, and cancer and obesity.
Researchers say they need about 500 Bronx residents, between 30 and 65 years old, who have never had cancer. American Cancer Society
