The city's Department of Youth and Community Development hosted an exhibit of work done by young artists from around the city Saturday.
The "Battle of Boroughs" exhibit showcases the work of students from kindergarten through middle school.
Organizers call it a friendly competition.
Brooklyn students saw some of their work featured at the Brooklyn Children's Museum of Art.
Parents, teachers and students alike turned out for the event.
