My Mandarin supermarket in Brighton Beach has once again caused headaches and complaints from neighbors, ranging from excess garbage to illegal parking on the sidewalk.
The city is aware of the situation, and nearly a dozen violations have been issued by the Department of Buildings in the last five months.
Chaim Deutsch, a council member for the 48th District, will be meeting with various city agencies about the business practices of My Mandarin supermarket next week.
