A Brooklyn church is feeding thousands of families in need.
The First Baptist Church of Crown Heights distributed food to 2,500 families in the neighborhood. Each household received enough to feed a family of four for several days.
The church's reverend says the problem of hunger has been plaguing his neighborhood since well before Superstorm Sandy struck the area.
