Residents and business owners are asking city agencies to repave a stretch of road along New Lots Avenue.

Residents say the road causes traffic delays because drivers have to slow down to avoid damaging their vehicles.

Gustavo Rodriguez, who owns ATB Corp Car and Limo Service, says that the road effects the service he provides to local residents.

?When they call for a cab service... they want their car right away and we cannot get it to them right away because the streets are so bad," says Rodriguez.

A spokesperson from the Department of Environmental Protection says that they will survey the road to determine whether they are pot or sink holes. From there, they will decide whether to fix the problem or forward the matter to the Department of Transportation.
