Hate message spray painted on Flatbush store
Police are looking for the person who spray painted a hate message on a hardware store's walls Saturday.
'Obama people not wanted here' was found written on the storefront walls and on the pavement in front of Brooklyn's Best Locksmith and Hardware. Owner Alan Butricio says hours before, a customer yelled at his workers and made threats after they refused to return an item he had purchased that was damaged Friday night.
An eyewitness of the crime says the suspect spoke with an island accent and wore several rings on his fingers. He believes the culprit is the same man who started the dispute in the store.
