Hundreds of protesters took to the streets in Crown Heights Friday after the brutal beating of a 16-year-old boy.Officials say the teen was beaten early Friday morning by a group of men at the intersection of Empire Boulevard and Albany Avenue. Members of the Jewish community blocked traffic at Empire Boulevard demanding that police move quickly to find the teen's attacker. According to officials, the men also robbed him before leaving the scene. Investigators believe the attackers took the teen?s money, bike and cell phone. Authorities say they believe the two attackers are black, and that the victim is a Hasidic Jew. The assault is being investigated a possible hate crime. Police say the victim was taken to the hospital for his injuries. According to police, he was treated and has since been released. Some neighbors say that while they may not know what prompted the attack, they can offer a solution to end it. They believe education is the key to solving any conflict, because the more groups know about each other, the sooner they will be able to come together as one. Officials have not yet said if they have any suspects in the incident.
