Tenants claim their apartment building is lacking consistent heat and that they're forced to turn on stoves or ovens to keep warm.
"It's so cold," says one resident.
They say they're constantly calling 311 to complain, and one resident claims she's called over a dozen times herself.
The tenants rallied in the building's lobby Friday to demand better heating and faster repairs they say management often neglects.
The landlord, Isaac Hager, dismissed those claims and says management has done everything they can to make tenants comfortable. He says that speedy repairs were made following a fire in the building last Saturday.
Tenants say they're still skeptical and that the repairs were just for show.
