Swimming ban lifted at Robert Moses after multiple shark sightings

Swimming at Robert Moses beach has been prohibited until further notice due to multiple shark sightings off Fields 3 and 4.

Swimming at Robert Moses beach was temporarily prohibited early this afternoon due to multiple shark sightings off Fields 3 and 4. 
Chip Gorman, the deputy regional director of Long Island Parks, said a drone spotted sharks feeding on bunker. He says swimming will resume once they have cleared out of the area. 
Swimming was able to resume around 12:45 p.m.
