The search is on for a man police say touched two teenage girls on a bus.

The sisters, ages 13 and 15, told police the suspect sat next to them and started to rub the 15-year-old’s thigh.

Officials say they were on the BX2 bus near Grand Concourse and East 170th Street Wednesday around 6:30 a.m.

The sisters told police the man approached them and attempted to have a conversation with them before rubbing the 15-year-old girl's inner thigh area. Police then say the two girls got up and sat in another area of the bus, but the man followed them and tried to talk to them again.

When the girls attempted to leave he grabbed the girls’ buttocks when they got off the bus. The alleged suspect exited and fled.

Investigators believe the man is between 25 and 28 years old with a beard.
