Police say a woman was sexually abused in her own apartment building after being followed home by a man Saturday night.
They say that the woman told officers a man followed her home from an R train station stop around 10:30 p.m.
Police say the man followed the 38-year-old woman up the stairs of her building and sexually abused her and then fled the scene.
The woman sustained minor injuries and police say she refused medical attention at the scene.
