The coastal storm has knocked out power to thousands of homes and businesses across the Hudson Valley.
Gusty winds have knocked down trees and powerline in communities throughout the region.
Among the thousands without power in Westchester are business owners along Central Avenue in Hartsdale.
A barber News 12 spoke to from Park Avenue Barbers says they were supposed to cut 20 people's hair today at about $20 bucks apiece.
Instead, they're losing business while other stores around them are up and running. "It's sad, it's not right. Some people they need urgent to get a haircut done so we're losing customers," says Sam Ibragimov, barber.
Con Edison expects to have the lights back on in the area by 9 p.m.
