Storms apparently cause Cobble Hill scaffolding collapse, 1 injured
Officials say that this evening storms are believed to be responsible for a scaffolding collapse in Cobble Hill.
Fire officials say that the scaffolding at a church on Clinton Street collapsed at around 8 p.m. They say one person was injured in the collapse and was taken to Long Island College Hospital in unknown condition.
The cause of the scaffold collapse remains unknown, but officials say that the cause may have been a lightning strike.
