Students at the Hellenic Classical Charter School were wowed Friday by a Lego creation of the Brooklyn Bridge.

Master Lego builder Willis Reifsnyder took four months to build the scale model of the Brooklyn Bridge. His 60,000 Lego brick creation took a lot of hard work and dedication.

The school teamed up with Legoland Discovery Center in Westchester to make STEM fun. The goal is for kids to explore science, technology, engineering and math in a fun way using Legos.

The day was a special treat for eighth-grader Rebecca Roseanwana, who built a scale model of a truss bridge out of toothpicks.

"It can hold up four textbooks so it's really a strong one and I'm really proud of it," says Roseanwana.

The hope is to build up the next generation of engineers and scientists.
