Two men are wanted by police, accused of assaulting a subway station grocery clerk.
The incident happened Jan. 13 on the Franklin Avenue and Eastern Parkway subway platform.
The victim told police the two men tried to buy items from him using counterfeit money and when he confronted them, one of the men hit him with a plastic newspaper stand while the other suspect punched him. 
The suspects are described as being 25 years old, 5'7" and 160 pounds, with a dark complexion, black hair and brown eyes. 
They were wearing black coats, black jeans and black sneakers.
