Police say a suspect is in custody in connection with a fatal crash in Crown Heights.

A 67-year-old man was hit and killed at Saint Marks Avenue and Franklin Avenue two months ago.

They say 33-year-old Brandon Hightower hit a car and that the impact caused that car to strike Morales Heriberto.

Hightower is accused of reckless driving and driving without a license.
