Two men are in critical condition after a double shooting in the Howard Houses in Ocean Hill.
Police say the shooting, which happened around 1:30 a.m. this morning, left two men in their early 20s in the hospital. One victim was shot in the head and the other in the back.
Officials believe the shooting began down the block before more shots were fired minutes later.
Police are asking anyone with information to call CrimeStoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
