Police are looking for two people involved in a robbery where they displayed a law enforcement badge in Kensington.

The incident happened on Thursday just before 2:30 p.m in front of 1201 35th St. A 37-year-old man was in his truck when the two robbers approached. Police sources say one of them pulled out a law enforcement badge and told the victim to leave the truck. When the victim refused, the other man punched him in the face, displayed a firearm and took the victim’s necklace.

The duo escaped in a Mercedes Benz. The victim had minor injuries but refused medical attention.
