Police arrest suspect in connection with Bed-Stuy shooting
Police say they have made an arrest in the shooting of a woman in Bed-Stuy. Teddy Love, 33, was arrested for allegedly shooting the woman in the chest at around 9:30 p.m. last night near Herkimer Street
