Newly launched campaign ensures crime victims are heard when changes are made to state's parole system

Tinyes' body was found stuffed in a sleeping bag in Golub's family basement closet on Horton Road.

Tinyes' brother, Richie Tinyes, says Golub is a "complete and total animal."

Golub was 21 when Kelly Ann Tinyes' body was found. Her brother is concerned that his sister's killer could get out.

"Every time we do this, his chances of getting out get better and better," Richie Tinyes.

There is an online petition to keep the convicted killer behind bars.
