For the past few years, anyone entering the Bronx via the Whitestone Bridge was greeted by a massive Trump Golf sign outside of the golf course located at Ferry Point.

That sign is set to be replaced. This comes after Donald Trump’s company sold the contract to Bally’s casino chain in September 2023.

Back in May 2015, soon-to-be president Trump was joined by legendary golfer and designer of the course Jack Nicklaus and other public figures, including then-Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr.

The biggest events of the PGA never made it to the Ferry Point course, and Bally’s is holding an event Thursday to finalize the change from Trump to Bally’s.
