The New Life Seventh Day Adventist Church is providing free immigration assistance and health care services in the Brownsville and East New York area.
The free event is in collaboration with immigration attorney Donnell Suares, Leroy Beresford of Metro Plus Health and NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County health professionals.
Services include U.S. citizenship application filing, health insurance registration, health screenings and consultation on immigration matters.
The event happens about four times a year and those who want to utilize the services can reach out to the New Life SDA Church for more information.
