A bar in Williamsburg is crafting romantic cocktails to celebrate Valentine's Day.
Medusa, located at 618 Grand St., is one of 22 businesses participating in the Grand Street Passport, a book from the Grand Street Business Improvement District that offers deals to certain bars and restaurants in the area.
People participating can use their passports when shopping locally to unlock prizes. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to a nonprofit called the North Brooklyn Angels.
Organizers say events like this not only bring the community together, but supports businesses in the neighborhood.
"We've seen a lot of positive reception from both members in the community and businesses just coming together and being able to save money, get amazing deals, shop local," said Grand Street BID engagement coordinator Yaz Mansi.
You can still purchase a passport and indulge in all the activities this neighborhood has to offer.
