A convicted felon with a history of narcotics-related arrests was arrested following a months-long drug investigation in Stratford, Milford, and Bridgeport, according to Stratford police.
In February, officials began investigating a person who they had information was selling heroin/fentanyl, crack cocaine, and prescription pills within the three municipalities.
On Tuesday, police arrested 31-year-old Aaron Miller and charged him with criminal possession of ammunition, criminal possession of a firearm, illegal transfer of a firearm, illegal possession of a stolen firearm, illegal possession with intent to sell fentanyl, illegal possession with intent to sell cocaine, and illegal operation of a drug factory.
Miller is scheduled to appear in court April 17, and is being held in lieu of a $250,000 bond.
Miller is a convicted felon, who has nine prior arrests, most of which are related to the sale and possession of illegal narcotics, police said.
The Milford Police Department assisted with the search warrant executions.
