Four electronic gambling machines were found inside a Nassau County market.

Officers from the Nassau Police Strategic Response Team responded to Nassau Fish Market on Nassau Road in Roosevelt to conduct a licensed premise inspection.

The machines were discovered during the investigation around 9 p.m. on Wednesday and were subsequently seized.

Over $4,000 in cash was recovered from inside the devices, according to police.

Rafael Osorio, 29, of Freeport, was arrested and charged under the NYS Alcoholic Beverage Control Law and Hempstead Town’s Places of Public Assembly: License Requirements violations.

Osorio will be arraigned on those charges in First District Court next month.
