A Mount Vernon woman was indicted in connection with a 2025 crash that killed a Connecticut man in Putnam County.
State police say 23-year-old Makayla McIntire was indicted on charges that include manslaughter and assault.
The crash happened on I-684 in the Town of Southeast.
Police say McIntyre was driving recklessly when she smashed into a car driven by 65-year-old Michael Keller.
Keller was pronounced dead at the scene.
