Police say a 36-year-old man is recovering in the hospital after he was shot five times throughout his body and survived.
Investigators say they received a call of a man shot at around 10:52 p.m. on Tuesday. When they arrived at 15 W Mosholu Parkway North, they found the victim with three gunshot wounds to the back and two more in his stomach.
The victim was rushed to a local hospital, where police say he remains in stable condition.
Police sources tell News 12 the victim is not cooperating with the investigation, making it more difficult for detectives to determine who opened fire and why.
The investigation continues with no arrests.
