A second teen has been arrested and charged in last Sunday's drive-by shooting in Brownsville that injured six people. Police say Michael Jones, 19, is now in custody, along with 19-year-old Lawand Tinsley. They're charged with six counts each of attempted murder, assault and criminal possession. Police Commissioner Ray Kelly believes the shooting had something to do with two rival groups in Brownsville. Authorities say they're not looking for any more suspects right now.Police arrest 19-year-old in Brownsville drive-by
