Police are investigating a string of deadly shootings in Brooklyn that left four men dead and two seriously wounded Saturday.
According to officials, the first shooting occurred around 3:50 a.m. downtown on Fulton Street. The 22-year-old victim was found shot in the chest. Officials say the suspect fled in a dark-colored vehicle.
The second shooting occurred around 5:22 a.m. on Sullivan Street, where police found a 26-year-old man with several gunshot wounds to his torso. While the 22-year-old died, another victim was transported to the hospital in serious condition.
Around 3:40 p.m., police responded to a call of a 16-year-old boy fatally shot at the corner of Pitkin and Stone avenues. Another victim at the scene was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
Police say the last shooting occurred around 8:44 p.m. at Sutter Avenue and Hemlock Street in East New York. A 24-year-old man was found with a gunshot would to the head.
Investigators have not made any arrests in the deadly shooting spree and are probing the shootings as separate incidents.
