Looking at prices across the boroughs, GasBuddy.com shows the best bang for your buck to fill up is in Brooklyn - it will cost you $2.94 a gallon at 3170 Atlantic Ave.

In the Bronx, you’ll be able to save a little more. Six cents less per gallon, best price is at $2.88 a Gallon on Baychester Avenue.

Every little bit counts when you're filling up. The best advice to give is don't wait until the last minute and fill up just anywhere. Try and plan a stop at a gas station on your route in advance that's offering a good rate.
