A 31-year-old man was shot and killed while riding a bicycle Sunday afternoon.
The incident happened at around noon outside 1745 Union St. in Crown Heights.
Investigators say Aaron Powell, 31, was unconscious with a gunshot wound to his head when he was found at the scene.
News 12 has learned that Powell was transported to Kings County Hospital in critical condition, but was pronounced dead on arrival.
Police are still searching for the shooting.
