City officials have suspended Andrew McFall without pay from his job with the Department of Youth and Community Development following his Friday arrest for allegedly exposing himself to a child.
Police say 41-year-old McFall, of Riverdale, flashed an 11-year-old girl in Harlem in December before fleeing the scene.
Officials with the agency say McFall served as a call line manager and did not work directly with children.
