When it comes to the sale of a particular Halloween mask, one New York City community activist said he isn't clowning around.
Tony Herbert said he is calling for stores to stop selling clown masks and costumes after thousands of threats and acts of violence from people dressed as clowns have been reported across the country, including the tristate area.
Herbert stood outside the Target superstore Friday in Flatbush to protest the masks and costumes.
