There are a total of 45 units there - and 36 are for people eligible for affordable apartments - in a brand-new building with many amenities.
"It's affordable housing for people that can't afford to pay $3,000 for a one-bedroom - they need somewhere to live," said resident Bradley.
The lottery is open until Jan. 7.
