Morris Park seniors are on the lookout for a con artist who allegedly tricked an elderly couple into handing over their cash.

According to police sources, a man in his 30s struck up conversation with an Italian-speaking couple who invited him into their home last month. They say he gave them coats as a gift, but then asked for money.

Authorities say that even if the man is caught, they can't formally charge him because a transaction took place.
