Amazon and Wal-Mart are making it seem like Christmas in July. 
The companies are facing off with deep online discounts rivaling Black Friday. 
Amazon is offering deals all day for paid Prime members in celebration of its 20th anniversary. 
Wal-Mart is countering "Prime Day" with its own sale. The deals are available to everyone and will last for 90 days.
