The African community in Brooklyn kicked off Memorial Day weekend on Fulton Street with a celebration of all things Africa.

The DanceAfrica Bazaar event is a three-day annual street festival that features more than 150 vendors from around the world, offering African, Caribbean, and African American food, crafts and fashion.

Shoppers told News 12 that the fair makes them feel as if they’re transported to other countries.
