A Bronx man has been charged with leaving the scene of an accident that killed a Brooklyn woman.
Prezidor Porbeni was arrested by police on Thursday.
They say the 28-year-old was the driver of a car that hit and killed Guler Ugar-Yaacobi in Manhattan on New Year's Eve.
The 44-year-old was struck near West 113 Street and Amsterdam Avenue as she crossed the street.
