Former Gov. Andrew Cuomo's attorney Rita Glavin spoke out Thursday against the state attorney general's findings.
She says the attorney general was withholding evidence that has finally been released and confirmed what Cuomo's team has been saying from the start - including that the investigation was "shoddy and one sided."
Glavin called for the appointment of a "new, truly independent and unbiased" review.
Glavin says she will be making another submission in the coming days to the attorney general, calling on her to correct the record.
Cuomo resigned in August after the attorney general released a report that concluded he sexually harassed eleven women.
He has denied all allegations.
