Authorities: Man wanted for 2 New York murders arrested in Philadelphia

U.S. Marshals and Philadelphia police tracked down Timothy Taylor and took him into custody on Friday.

A man wanted in connection to two murders in New York was arrested on Friday in Philadelphia.
Timothy Taylor was wanted since May 13 after his girlfriend Theresa Gregg was discovered dead. Gregg, 37, was found by police lying on her bedroom floor with puncture wounds to her neck at her apartment.
On May 28, the NYPD found Tishawn Folkes-Taylor, 44, dead from trauma in Schenectady. Authorities believe Taylor, 35, is connected to the two deaths.
U.S. Marshals and Philadelphia police tracked down Taylor and took him into custody on Friday.
News 12 asked the NYPD about what Taylor is being charged with. They could not comment at this time but said they will provide an update once he is back in the city.
