A Bed-Stuy gallery is working to honor Brooklyn native the Notorious B.I.G. 20 years after the release of his first album.
The Bishop Gallery on Bedford Avenue is calling all artists to submit creative portraits of Christopher Wallace, better known as the Notorious B.I.G. or Biggie Smalls.
Chosen portraits will then be part of an exhibit opening Sept. 20 to coincide with the 1994 release of Biggie's "Ready to Die" album.
Artists have until Aug. 13 to submit their work. They'll then be notified by Aug. 27 if they made the showing.
