Bishop Robert Brennan of the Diocese of Brooklyn led a special mass for peace in Haiti on Monday night.
Bishop Brenan was joined by Haitian priests of the diocese and parishioners, offering prayers for peace amid the political crisis as they stand in solidarity with those concerned about their loved ones in Haiti.
"We don’t have all of the answers to all of the questions, and this is such a political quagmire, but we know we need to support the people. We need to do what we can to help. What we need to do is respond," said Brennan.
