New York City will see chilly temperatures on Tuesday ahead of a slight warmup in the middle of the week, with the possibility of rain.
Tuesday's forecast calls for sunny skies with highs in the mid-30s.
Wednesday will see a mix of sun and clouds as temperatures rise into the upper-40s.
Thursday will see a jump in temperatures near the low-60s under cloudy skies with a chance of heavy rain in the evening and into the overnight hours.
A chance of heavy overnight rains give way to a cloudy morning Friday ahead of sun in the afternoon with highs near the upper-40s.
The weekend looks dry with a sunny Saturday and Sunday in the forecast and highs in the mid- to low-40s.
NOW: Cold and dry... Wind chills 5-15.
NEXT: Another cold start Tuesday.. another cold afternoon... Then gradual warm-up into Wed-Thu.
