Some parents in Flatbush are speaking out about an intersection they say is a true dangerous crossing.Cheik Bella says he runs his daughter home from school every day since he considers walking on Flatbush Avenue at East 28th Street a risk. He says he's been very concerned about the intersection since the death of Christopher Fronbrum last week. A speeding SUV slammed into Fronbrum and his family as they were walking on the sidewalk, killing the 5-year-old.Transportation officials say there have been 10 vehicle accidents at the intersection since 2001, including the one that killed Fronbrum.
