A Brooklyn couple has gone "nuts" for milk and found a way to profit from it.
Julie Van Ullen and her husband Greg launched OMilk out of their Williamsburg kitchen, and quickly gained a following with their dairy- and preservative-free fresh nut milks.
The entrepreneurs make different varieties using cashews and almonds, and are now selling nut milks at Union Market stores in Brooklyn.
