A Coney Island man was honored at City Hall this morning for saving a girl who fell from her window last month. Steven St. Bernard caught Keyla McCree when she slipped off her apartment's air conditioning unit back on July 16. Today, St. Bernard received a proclamation from City Council Speaker Christine Quinn for his rescue efforts.
