Students from Bishop Kearney High School played Santa yesterday to animals living at a local shelter.
The teens dropped off dozens of donated toys for the furry felines and canines at the Sean Casey Animal Shelter, which takes in abandoned pets. They also raised $200 for the shelter.
The students say the animals deserve love and homes too, especially at this time of year. Some also spend time volunteering at the shelter after school.
