An art installation entitled "Brooklyn Seeds" located at the Avenue U subway station was voted "Best Public Artwork" nationwide by Americans for the Artist.
The artist, Jason Middlebrook, created the piece over a three-year period for the MTA's "Arts for Transit" program.
