Trina Jackson, 45, was last seen in her home on East New York Avenue almost three weeks ago.
Jackson is described as being 5 foot 11, weighing 210 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.
She was last seen wearing a striped dress.
Police are asking anyone who may have seen Jackson or know where she might be to call them.
